You are entitled to cancel your order within 24 hours of ordering and receive a refund on any item that is off rack.
You can request cancellation by mail warriorbrideschool@gmail.com
We will reimburse you based on the refund timeline set by the established payment vendor used.
Warrior Bride Mantles – No Refund Policy
All Warrior Bride Mantles garments are custom-made and produced to order. As such, all sales are final and refunds are not available except as outlined below.
Any damage caused during shipping or handling must be documented with clear photos and/or video and reported to Warrior Bride Mantles within 24 hours of delivery.
In the rare event that a garment is determined to be structurally compromised due to a manufacturing defect, the buyer must contact Warrior Bride Mantles via email within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos of the issue. Our team will review the claim and, at our sole discretion, determine whether a return, replacement, or refund is warranted.
Buyers are responsible for the cost and risk of associated with returning a defective garment for inspection. Inspection and approval by Warrior Bride Mantles are required before any replacement or refund is issued.

Warrior Bride Mantles does not repair, replace, or refund any garment that shows visible evidence of being worn, washed, altered, damaged by misuse, or modified in any way after delivery.
By completing a purchase, the buyer acknowledges and agrees to the terms of this policy.
